**The Flo Rida / Cee Lo show scheduled for Friday, July 20 has been postponed. No make up date has been scheduled at this time.**
All current ticketholders may use their original tickets for admittance to the rescheduled date. If customers are unable to attend the rescheduled date they may request a refund on their ticket purchase.
All refund requests must be handled in person at the Toyota Center box office or by mail. Refund requests must be received by Toyota Center before the day of the rescheduled show. Any refund request received after the rescheduled date will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the original ticket order was placed. Credit card orders will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Please visit the Toyota Center box office during normal operating hours to receive your refund. You must have your tickets with you in order to receive your refund.

When mailing tickets, it is highly recommended that you make copies of your tickets for your records. Please anticipate having to wait two to three weeks to receive your refund when applying by mail.
