Description
The Texas Conference for Women will be held on Nov. 12, 2009, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. Keynote speaker Suze Orman, finance expert and one of the top motivational speakers in the world today, joins Isabel Allende, an internationally-celebrated author, career guru Tory Johnson, CEO and founder of Women For Hire and Good Morning America’s workplace contributor, and dozens of other nationally recognized speakers to share expertise on personal finance, career development, business and entrepreneurship, work-life balance, and much more. This year’s Conference will present the ReWork Career Fair, co-hosted by Johnson, featuring local and national employers and recruiters and practical advice for career development. Now in its tenth year, the Texas Conference for Women, hosted by Governor Rick Perry and First Lady Anita Perry, is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, one-day annual conference that offers incredible opportunities for business networking, professional development, and personal growth.
