November Monthly Meetup

MEETING HAS BEEN CHANGED DUE TO ELECTION DAY FALLING ON NOVEMBER 3- NEW DATE FOR NOVEMBER MEETUP - NOVEMBER 10TH. Hello everyone. Just a reminder that the next Elvis Meetup is Tuesday, November 10, at the Golden Corral on Hollister at 290. We get there between 6:00 and 7:00 to eat and visit. Then the meeting begins at 7:30. Just go to the Meeting Room on the right end of the restaurant to find us. The activity for the night will be hosted by Esther and Jessie will be handling the monthly activity. Also - don't forget - we will be choosing our Salvation Army Angel Tree children and forgotten seniors to purchase Christmas Gifts. We have done for the last couple of years and it has always been such a joy to see how giving our group is in this area. If you haven't join in on this project before, be prepared to have your heart blessed. Elvis was such a giving person and we can all pitch in to do the same. We'll choose our Angel and then bring the gifts back to the December meetup. Also don't forget our Annual Christmas Party. Come to the meetup for details. And as always - if you haven't been to one of our meetups lately, you need to come see what it's all about. Our group is growing each and every month - we might even have to start looking for a new location but for now - join us at same place, same time. For those who wish to join the group, the annual membership dues are $15. The money collected through dues, raffles, etc. is donated to various charities throughout the year - DePelchin Children's Center, Salvation Army, etc. If you just want to visit and "check us out" before you join, we'd love to see you. September is also our renewal month for annual dues. Please get with Jeanette on Tuesday to pay your dues if they have not been paid already.
