Warehouse Live
Converted from an old 1920’s warehouse, Warehouse Live is one of Houston’s premiere concert and event venues. Warehouse Live opened in February of 2006 and is located in East Downtown of Houston, Texas.Warehouse Live is a young and hip venue decorated with both modern and antique materials and fixtures. Warehouse Live Houston consists of two independent event spaces− the Studio and the Ballroom. Each space in Warehouse Live Houston has its own set of restrooms, entrances/exits, bars, sound/lighting systems and stages. The event capacity of Warehouse Live Houston is flexible since the Studio has a standing capacity of 150 and the Ballroom with 1,500.
The Warehouse Live schedule proves that this venue is more than just looks. The Warehouse Live schedule has hosted performances by great bands like Panic at the Disco, Hoobastank, Snow Patrol and Dashboard Confessional. The Warehouse Live schedule continues its glory in 2010 with scheduled performances by New Found Glory, Yo La Tengo and Thee Armada. With such a line-up, it is no surprise why Warehouse Live Houston was voted “Best Musical Venue in Houston of 2008” by Citysearch.
