The August Meetup will celebrate continue the observe the summer season and the fire element, which is associated with heart health and joyful emotions. We will practice Chi Kung associated with these traits, following up on previous exercises learned and adding a little more. From the Nature Center we will walk out to Emmott's Circle for "Chi Kung and meditation in a natural setting. Elemental Tai Chi
