Description
This group of 30-40 people has been meeting weekly for 18 months, every Thursday, 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Please bring drinking water with you. First timers, please plan to arrive a few minutes early so that you are sure to hear the instructions and explanation provided by Helen Racz. RSVPS's welcome but not required. Just show up and experience tapping, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and no advance RSVP necessary. Helen leads the way and all you need to do is mimic her. You can volunteer to be on the "hot seat" or just stay in your chair and follow along. Either way you will benefit from the tapping, the high vibration environment and the uplifting affirmations you will be declaring. Please read the our Meetup home page for a full description.
