Alexander Deussen Park - Exploration Walk

Call if you are running late 832-372-0201-can't promise we will wait for you, but we will try. We will be exploring Alexander Deussen Park near Humble. I haven't been there before, so I truly mean exploring. For those who have walked with me before, you know what to expect. There is a jogging trail on asphalt that is 2.5 miles; a nautre trail, which I calculate at about a mile in and out; and a loop we will do to the coast of Lake Houston. I calculate that the walk will be approximately 4.83 miles. Bring water, hats, and a flash light - in case we get lost into the night. Directions: From Lake Houston Parkway - take Deussen Pkwy - enter park on (Deussen Drive) - turn left at Shelter 10 to Parking Lot near Rest Room and Playground. Meet near Rest Room.
