Boot Camp involves cardiovascular and resistance stations, rounds, or alternating intervals, all timed for a great cross-training workout. We will hold Boot Camp indoor or outdoor dependent upon the weather ((be prepared in the warmer months to go outside)). This class, as all others at f.i.t., are designed for the beginner to the advanced exerciser. You work hard, but at your pace and your abilities. This is a challenging workout taught by experienced group fitness instructors and/or personal trainers who will guide you every step of the way for a challenging, safe and effective workout.
