Description
Bravo’s Top Chef Season 4 Contestants Manuel Trevino, Nikki Cascone, and Finalist Lisa Fernandes will compete in a Quickfire Challenge courtesy of GLAD® and BJ’s Wholesale Club in College Point. The chefs will be put to the test, making a dish using surprise ingredients and cooking with only what a BJ’s demo station includes: hot plate, microwave and convection oven. Contestants will also sign copies of Top Chef: The Quickfire Cookbook.
In addition, guests can sample various products and enter to win prizes from GLAD® and Top Chef.
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Quickfire Challenge
12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Raffles, Judging
12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Book Signing
