Our Yoga Basics classes are designed to build the foundation for a safe, productive and enjoyable yoga practice. A variety of styles and approaches may be integrated. Learn breathing techniques, yoga postures, proper alignment and where to place your focus and energy throughout the class. Gain an understanding of the muscles involved in various asanas and how best to tailor the practice to meet your individual needs. We feature Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kripalu, and Hatha in addition to Basics.
