Pilatini (Pilates + Martinis) - Every Thursdays

For those that work in Downtown, there is a great Pilates class at Upside-Down Pilates, located above Indigo's Restaurant. Conveniently after work at 5:30pm on Thursdays, it's a beginner's mat pilates class with instructor: Lisa Orig. The class is about 3-8 students only. This is a very small class, so you get great attention from the instructor on correct positioning and poses. It's called "Pilatini" because it is a combination of Pilates and Martinis! The Pilates class is from 5:30pm - 6:25pm. After, we all head down to Indigo's for Happy Hour drinks. Sorry, martinis not included in price! Or, you can buy their package of six "drop-in" classes for $150, which you can schedule anytime, doesn't have to be consecutive classes. You need to register and pay for the class online.
