This place is great. I've been going there since it was the Garden State Arts Center. I remember when my parents took me to see the Partridge Family there. Thats how long I've been going there. Now that I'm married and got kids. Me and my hubby took our son to see Ozz Fest. Keep up the great work.

so if you ever have a problem or complaint there is no one to listen to you. I wanted a refund or voucher for my one ticket as I had to miss the show. They would not give it to me. I guess they think it's ok to treat handicapped like garbage. gucci outlet online bailey button triplet boots ugg bailey button triplet ferragamo sale

good luck going to any concert/show venue and expecting food and drinks to be cheap...... That's how they make there money. $10 is cheap for beer at a concert now-a-days, its usually around $12-$15. gucci outlet online bailey button triplet boots ugg bailey button triplet

Security at concerts, it doesn't matter what venue they all are a bunch of goons........Instead of keeping peace and being nice people, they look for a fight and trouble.....I had a similar experience at the Beacon theater in NY......I will never go there again..........I didn't do anything and they threw me out b/c my eyes were red.....They said I was too screwed up to stay, I said what did I do? They just kept saying your eyes are red... your drunk? I'm sorry what happened to you Ronk, but on a better note..............PNC PLEASE BRING BACK KISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE KISS SHOW LAST SUMMER WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!

@RonK1 That's horrid what the staff did to you, but it is a concert there's handicapped seats. If you can't handle it you shouldn't of wen't. Ticket price is not all the venue's fault it depends on the band, also good luck going to any concert/show venue and expecting food and drinks to be cheap...... That's how they make there money. $10 is cheap for beer at a concert now-a-days, its usually around $12-$15.

I AM MAD AT PNC BANK ARTS CENTER! I have advanced lung cancer and barely have energy or can breath well. I took my daughter for her birthday to a Jonas Brothers concert at a VERY expensive $97.50 a ticket that was still the last row before the last section. We had to walk about 3/4 of a mile from the parking lot but it was free so that was good. It was a hot humid August night. After the long walk and the stairs I was shot and literally gasping for air the rest of the night. The crowd all stood for the concert, I just could not find the energy to stand. I went to another seat even further back but I could see. The usher who was VERY NASTY told me to go back to my seat. I explained nicely that I had lung cancer and just can't stand and for $100 a ticket I want to see the show! He was even nastier. I went to other ushers and they were nice and went to talk to this usher. He still said no and was a real jerk to a handicapped person in an unexpected situation. I DID NOT PAY $200 TO BE DISRESPECTED AND TREATED LIKE DIRT! I complained in writing as requested after I called PNC offices. They only have a receptionist and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....so if you ever have a problem or complaint there is no one to listen to you. I wanted a refund or voucher for my one ticket as I had to miss the show. They would not give it to me. I guess they think it's ok to treat handicapped like garbage. If you should go to PNC and you have a bad seat or you need special unexpected accomodations as can happen at a McDonalds or any business...forget it at PNC Bank Arts center, expect rotten treatment if you are handicapped or injured and need help, and don't expect anyone to listen to you if you should have a problem. Go see shows in another place with beers that aren't $10, water and Gatorade$6 and who knows how much for a lousy hot dog. ...and all seats at other places usually are fine. At PNC many complain about limited view seats they get suckered with...me...we got nose bleed seats ST
