Imagine, that happiness is a result of our soul feeling it is able to work towards its goal. If that was so, it would explain, why buying things doesn't make me happy, why suceeding in my job in the long term doesn't make me happy, why dedicating my whole life to my family doesn't make me happy. Only following my passion - to whatever extent possible given my life's circumstances - provides that warm, all engulfing feeling of happiness, that comes from inside and lasts for so long... Assuming there is some merit to this idea, results in many changes in the attitude towards myself, my life, and the world around me. There are so many topics, that suddenly can be re-contemplated, approached differently! Our Seeds for Thought Meetup ponders all kind of such topics - from purpose of my life to communication, from personal relationships to work-life, from grieving to parenting... Every month we talk about something new. Whether you choose to follow this philosophy or any other - the discussions always inspire to look at the topic at hand from new perspectives. It is my experience, that at every MeetUp a group of enlightened, spiritually aware, interesting, open minded folks gather and share ideas and experiences.
