Broward Lotus Sangha Meditation Meeting November 15, 2009

The Broward Lotus Sangha will be meeting today for mindfulness meditation practice In the Tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh From 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. At 7504 Pembroke Road, Pembroke Pines, FL 33023 We will enjoy sitting and walking meditation, as well as a dharma talk, discussion, and sharing. Some times we also offer joyful singing or a chanting service. Please be punctual; we begin our 30 minute sitting meditation promptly at 6:30 pm. It would be advisable to arrive by 6:15p.m. in order to give yourself a chance to settle in and become acquainted with the Sangha. If you are new to meditation, please arrive at 6 p.m. for an introductory meditation class. Our meeting will run till about 8:30 P.M. After 8:30 P.M. you are invited to stay for the tea & treats portion of our gathering. Feel free to bring healthy teas, finger foods or snacks to share with the Sangha, and your own non-disposable cup to be kind to the Earth Mother. We hope to see you there.
