The Nature of Art
The Nature of Art is a frame shop and gallery that features work by local artists. Original paintings and prints, photography, jewelry, pottery, wood and metal sculpture, handmade cards, drums, handmade Belgian chocolates, windchimes, organic lotions, stained glass, and more. Classes taught by local artists are held at the store for teens and adults. Owner Judie Howard has been framing since 1980. She moved her store “The Nature of Art” to Holly Springs, NC in May 2007 and is the town's first frame shop. Being first is not new to Howard-- she opened the first frame shop in Cary on Kildaire Farm Road in 1980. Judie frames everything from paintings and prints to family treasures.Links
