Join us for a morning with Chef and Author Paul Virant of Vie and Perennial Virant. Chef Paul will be offering a demonstration of canning and preserving techniques at 10 am. He will then sign copies of his The Preservation Kitchen: The Craft of Making and Cooking with Pickles, Preserves, and Aigre-Doux. Don't miss your chance to meet our most prominent "local" advocate for, and-practicitioner of, eating locally and seasonally.
