Elder Services Lifelong Learing Progam - Winter Session at Hingham Town Hall

DISCOVERY  -  The winter session of  Hingham’s Lifelong Learning  Program will begin on Wednesday, February 8. .  During the winter months, we will be offering 4 brown bag (bring your own) lunch programs (beverages will be provided) and one eight-week series.  The Brown Bag Lunch Programs will be HOW TO AVOID IDENTITY THEFT, on Wednesday, February 8, 1:00 pm with Liisa Budge, Plymouth County Sheriff's office (free); GROPING TOWARDS WHATEVER OR HOW I LEARNED TO RETIRE SORT OF, with author Susan Trausch, Monday, February 13, 1:00 pm ($5.00); DISCOVERING THE BOSTON HARBOR ISLANDS with Author Christopher Klein, Wednesday, March 7, 1:00 pm ($5.00); and GENIUS, CHILD OR SAVAGE with Tony Pilla, South Shore Arts Center, Wednesday, March 14, 1:00 pm ($5.00).  AGE-ING TO SAGE-ING with Reverend Paul Sprecher, will be offered on Thurdays, February 16 - April 5, 2:00 pm, and take place in the Whiton Room at the Hingham Public Library. The cost of this series is $35.00 and includes materials.   For a more detailed description of courses, pick up a brochure at the Senior Center or call 781-741-1458.

Registration for these courses will take place starting on Monday, January 9, 1:30pm.  Payment is required at the time of registration and you may register yourself and one other person.  Registration is on a first come first serve basis.  We will close registration for each course when the course is filled.
