Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 10-5, Sun 1-5 ; Closed major holidays, Mothers Day. Youth under age 18 may walk free with credit. Route is on city streets through downtown and a pleasant, creekside paved greenway on the way to the High Point Museum and Historical Park at the turn-around. An optional route, rated 1+, features more of the historical residential sections. Only one event credit is offered even if completing both routes. GPS: N35deg 57.22, W80deg 00.31.
