NEXT Saturday Morning Summer Class is on July 11!! 10am Zumba I&II followed by Body Fusion at 11am! You can use your punchcards for both classes! (One punch per class) (Bring a yoga type mat for the Body Fusion Class!) Most of you know what Zumba is BUT what is Body Fusion? Body Fusion is a total low impact body workout with focus on Core Strength, Flexibility, Body Alignment & Posture, Stress Relieve, and Weight Management. This class focuses on proper form utilizing isometric stretching & strengthening techniques, which allow the student to isolate muscles and tap into areas of the body they didn't know existed. Body Fusion is geared towards learning how to improve daily life activities, and how to prevent injuries by “listening to and knowing your own body”. This class is also the perfect preparatory class for Zumba Toning and Yoga and is suitable for all levels.
