Mark the Day - Soup Swap Day

I found a fabulous way to get my veggies in for the day and that is by having a bowl of soup for dinner or lunch. With the winter months fast approaching I've been digging through recipes and gearing up to make big pots of soup for those cold days ahead. I love to make a big pot of soup on the weekend and serve half for dinner and then freeze the rest for another day. It's perfect for those days you just don't feel like cooking but want a homemade meal. What would you think about making a pot of soup, sharing 6 quarts with others and going home with 6 quarts of something different?
