Fourth Annual Thanksgiving Orphans Dinner - Hosted by Kathleen!

Hey everyone! I can't believe this will be the FOURTH Thanksgiving Orphan's dinner! For the past three years, members in need of a "Thanksgiving Family" have gathered together to celebrate the holiday, great food, better wine and fabulous conversation! Are you in town for the Thanksgiving holiday? Not able to make it home for some home cooked food? Don't want to spend the evening alone and wish you could drool over a table full of a variety of home cooked dishes? Well, this is the event for you! Kathleen has offered to host and will be providing some GREAT main dishes!! (Her house is in Reston!) So - the hostess will supply the "main meal" (ie, the turkey) and everyone else attending needs to bring a side dish. (We'll coordinate the side dishes later, but think cranberry sauce, sweet potatos, mashed potatos, rolls, green beens, deviled eggs, pies, wine, beer, and much more!). This way, you can have a huge, home cooked, Thanksgiving meal while enjoying some good wine, company and laughs. I don't want my group to starve ;) Unfortunately, my "real" family lives here, so I won't be able to attend...never have been able to actually - but everyone let's me know its one of the best events of the year! -Rita
