Picnic and Parade around the Square
Celebrate our nation’s independence during Hernando’s signature Fourth of July activity. Decorate your child’s bike, scooter or other non-motorized vehicle in patriotic colors and watch as they parade around Hernando’s Courthouse Square. Free refreshments and other goodies will be provided. Afterwards, join us for a free movie under the stars on the lawn of the historic DeSoto County Courthouse. Call or visit for more information.
