Come and expect to have fun. We will do breathing exercises, "fix" our bodies from head to toe, laugh a lot, sweat some (and sometimes a lot) and find time to quiet our mind. Enjoy the very moment. Come in comfortable clothing, bring a towel or mat, plenty of water and if you cannot stand for an hour and/or can get to the ground, bring a chair. If money is keeping you from coming, drop me a line and we work it out :) Looking forward to sharing an hour of Yoga with you. Marianne
