Event details: Winter Celebration Truffle Dinner
Description
Indulge your palate with all things wild at our Winter Celebration
Truffle Dinner. Join Ted Seghesio, our winemaker and your host for the
evening, for an elegant five-course dinner prepared by our chef, Jon
Helquist. The dinner will feature some of the best imported truffles
from Italy, accompanied with seasonal fare. A seasoned hunter and forager,
Chef Jon will gather only the freshest ingredients to create the
evening’s menu. This special night, we will be pouring and offering for
purchase our limited library wines.
