At Cal State East Bay you will join a vibrant learning community of students who hail from a multitude of backgrounds and countries. With research, degree, and exchange programs around the world, Cal State East Bay faculty and students teach and learn in a stimulating multicultural environment that prepares you to compete and thrive in today's global economy.
Student goals are as varied as our students themselves: a future marine biologist, a history teacher, a financial analyst, and a multimedia producer. You will find them all here -- over coffee at the Union, across the table at your freshman seminar, down the row at a soccer game, or socializing on the lawn at Al Fresco, our annual fall festival.
Once on campus, you will also soon discover our personalized learning environment, defined by individualized attention, small classes, dedicated professors, and access to advising and tutoring. From the very first day, our focus is on you and your success.
