Hours: Daily, dawn to dusk. Residential/Park walk includes the State Capital as well as the 19th century homes of authors Mark Twain and Harriet Beecher Stowe (Mark Twain Days in mid July), the Elizabeth Park Rose Garden, the Bushnell Park Carousel and the Civil War Memorial Arch. Walk passes by UCONN Law School, Hartford College for Women, and Hartford Conservatory.
