Description:
Type is nothing at all when it is not easy to read. We will explore the legibility and appropriate use of type found in the Book Arts Workshop. Bring a short poem or quotation to be set and proofed in several different type faces after which we will compare and decide which faces are the most legible and appropriate for the piece. Those faces selected will be printed and assembled into a portfolio for each of the participants.
