The series is from the Kaufmann Foundation course on entrepreneurship entitled Growth Venture. This course is designed for existing businesses, provides tips to help business owners and managers to examine the structure of the business and to build and strengthen its competitive advantage. The course will assist the business owner or manager in focusing in on the corporate vision and developing strategies to move the business to the next stage while determining what opportunities exist for growth.
