"Spider is Jane Herships' folk project. Her tunes have the quality you look for in music if you've been under the spell of artists like Leonard Cohen, Jeff Buckley and Cowboy Junkies. Intense, poignant, delicate and somewhat dreamy, Spider's beautiful songs remind us that the strength of our thoughts and emotions might not be very noisy but can be very powerful indeed." LISTEN
This Frontier Needs Heroes is the family folk duo of brother and sister Brad and Jessica Lauretti. The Heroes self released their self titled debut album in 2009 and spent a year rambling on the road across America with over 100+ dates from California to New York City. They recently returned from a tour of the UK where they played the End of the Road Festival and dates supporting Tallest Man on Earth and the Handsome Family. LISTEN
MAGDYN OSH plays pastoral campfire jams for the New Great Depression. Led by vocalist/songwriter Michael Flis and a collective of multi-instrumentalists on banjo, mandolin, lap steel, pump organ, and percussion, Magdyn Osh combines acoustic driven, late 60s fairgrounds feel with excellently crafted indie-pop melodies, layers of harmonies, and an effortless depth and richness from the heart of the honeycomb. SPIDER Sus padres son de Mexico de Tepic Nayarit y de Guadalajara Jalisco donde se conocieron en un ranchito y juntos se vinieron a los Estados Unidos donde dieron el nacimiento del mayor de tres hijos, Jose Martinez aka Spider en Agosto 2 del 1976 en Los Angeles Ca, alos 6 anos de edad Jose Martinez se quedo sin padre y con una madre que se quedo sola con cuatro hijos que mantener. Como primer hijo Spider tuvo que hacerce responsable como hombre de la casa. Afuera de la ventana aprendio a ganar como malandrin y como proteger a lo suyo.
