I've been a Billy Idol fan since I was a teen, far more years ago than I'd like to admit. I had won tickets to see him in Halifax when he played here way back when, but couldn't get a drive in to the city, (and 63.4 miles was a bit far to walk,) so I missed the show.
When the Cyberpunk CD came out I was lucky enough to talk to Billy on Rockline; unfortunately that tour didn't make it up here; another missed opportunity.
This year we've had performers of all sorts come to our city and play. Even the Rolling Stones have graced us with their presence.
I would love to have the chance to make up for the missed opportunities of the 80's and 90's, and watch Billy in concert here in my home city.
