Description
Fort Morgan's artillery will once again belch smoke and fire across the waters of Mobile Bay in commemoration of this historic event. Artillery fire and Infantry sharpshooting will occur throughout both days along with presentations on the battle and its significance in the history of the Civil War by site historians. Special memorial ceremony to honor Union and Confederate dead will be conducted at 9AM on Sunday.
