Here is something for everyone to consider. The election of a Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, or a Nancy Pelosi definitely affects people in Washington State. Look at the financial crisis these politicians generated for the entire country. Therefore it makes sense that West Coasters, and people from other states, to make political donations to someone like Christina Jeffrey for her race in South Carolina because she is fiscally conservative and for small government. I am asking if you could get 15 or 20 of your friends to go online and visit http://christinajeffrey.com and make a $20 to $50 donation to her campaign. She is a great candidate and a real fighter. She has a Phd, is a constitutional scholar, and a grandmother who doesn't look it. She founded one of the Tea Parties in SC. See the attached draft of my booklet which provides some info from her website http://christinajeffrey.com . Your help would be appreciated. And most importantly, she isn't a wishy washy moderate. CHRISTINA JEFFREY: THE REAL DEAL by Dick Bachert Friends, I'm working with Christina Jeffrey on her campaign to bring fiscal and moral sanity back to national government. If you're tired of the same old same old, visit her site ( http://christinajeffrey.com/ ) and, if you agree with me that she IS the real deal, send her as large a contribution as you can handle and, equally vital, spread the word to your like-minded friends. Christina is running against 5 termer (thatÃÂ's 10 year) incumbent Bob Inglis. Inglis has a GradeGov ( http://www/gradegov.com ) grade of D - (he flunked). Christina doesn't make a big deal of it but Newt named her Congressional Historian back in '95 and, because, like Sarah Palin, she IS the real deal, the academic left was terrified and out came the long knives. Just as they did to Sarah, they trumped up charges. The most damaging thing the deranged left could say was that ChristinaÃÂ's husband planned to write a FAIR and OBJECTIVE book on Newt and his effort in ÃÂ'95 to (HORRORS!) reform Congress! Just as with Sarah, THEY LIED! They dug up a middle school teacher-training curriculum Christina was asked to review in ÃÂ'86 that claimed to promote ethics. It was really just a leftist course on role-playing and values clarification. Teachers were to help children role play being Nazis and Jews and then sort out who was right using values clarification. It was moral relativism at its finest! Who would not be appalled? Because Christina dared criticize the program, they claimed she was a NAZI! Even Newt, at the height of his power as a newly elected Speaker of the House, was overwhelmed by the viciousness of the attack, later apologizing for not defending her while blaming the biased media abetted attack by the academic left. These powerful leftist forces were gleefully aided by, among others, Barney Frank, Charles Schumer and Maxine Waters, NewtÃÂ's arch enemies in Congress. These leftist forces are now Christina's enemies and she plans a full court press on them when she's elected. Isn't it time we had an effective voice from in the U.S. House? Someone who will stand up for what we believe and for the good people of America? We have been effectively disenfranchised long enough. Christina is a committed Christian, a constitutionalist, and a fighter. But, gee, say you, I donÃÂ't live in ChristinaÃÂ's South Carolina district. You may not live in California -- but is your life impacted by jet-setting ÃÂ"QueenÃÂ" Nancy Pelosi or Maxine Waters, Henry Waxman, Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein? You may not live in New York but do the anti-Second Amendment votes of Charles Schumer affect your life? To borrow a phrase the leftist media works into every hatchet job on Sarah Palin, ÃÂ"YOU BETCHA!!ÃÂ" OK, hereÃÂ's the pitch you just knew was coming. Yes, times are tough but, as Albert Einstein once observed, ÃÂ"Insanity is doing the same things over and over while expecting a different result.ÃÂ" Do you really think that sending the same people back to Congress ÃÂ- or cookie cutter clones of them ÃÂ- will produce a different result? ItÃÂ's long past time to put some good, principled people into the House. Christina Jeffrey is one of those good, principled people. I ÃÂ"HOPEÃÂ" you will dig down and send Christina $1,000. ÃÂ- or whatever ÃÂ"CHANGEÃÂ" you now have left after a year of Obama ÃÂ- so she can buy the TV spots, billboards, flyers, etc. needed to reach the folks in her district with her message. Call her campaign, make a pledge and you will be sent a stamped self-addressed envelope in which to send your contribution or go on the website www.christinajeffrey.com and make a secure donation via the magic of internet giving. Then send this to everyone you know because 2010 has to be the year we change Congress just as 2012 has to be the year we change the Executive! ÃÂ"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men (and women) to do nothing.ÃÂ" Sir Edmund Burke, one of AmericaÃÂ's few British friends during the ÃÂ"unpleasantnessÃÂ" with King George. Thanks. Dick Bachert By jove, I believe I've found the perfect description of Obama, those who voted for him and those with whom he has surrounded himself (not to mention Algore and HIS Kool-Aid drinkers). ÃÂ"( ) the spread of secondary and latterly tertiary education has created a large population of people, often with well-developed literary and scholarly tastes, who have been educated far beyond their capacity to undertake analytical thought.ÃÂ" ÃÂ- P.B.
