Tower of Power. For more than 40 years, the horn-driven, road-chewing funk machine has earned what WE think should be a spot in the Rock 'n’ Roll Hall of Fame. Plenty of bands came out of San Francisco’s Bay Area in the '60s, including the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Santana and Journey, but how many are still out there working?
