We will chant briefly, then Nicole will guide everyone into meditation giving techniques for those that are new to meditation and allowing others to practice their own techniques if they wish. There will be a short chant after 20 minutes and again after 40 minutes for anyone that needs to leave early. We will conclude with healing prayers. Meditating together is a great way to go deeply into your meditation and it helps to support your own practice at home if you have or would like to have one. There will be time for questions and/or comments at the end.
