M-F, 6AM to 10PM; Sat and Sun, 8AM-9:45 PM. Open all holidays but call ahead for hours. The Park is closed at dark. This trail is entirely on natural surfaces with a few brief departures from level. Wear adequate walking shoes. A walking stick is helpful if the trail is wet. There is one minor hill.
