Description
Our meetup is designed to give you a total body dance fitness workout in one (1) hour. We ensure the music is great so that you feel like you're dancing instead of doing regular aerobics. We incorporate dance moves such as hip-hop, ballet, Latin, and African with traditional cardio, strength, and flexibility training exercises. Session starts promptly at 9 AM. Please come 15 minutes early to register/sign-in. Bring water, and a towel or yoga mat for floor exercises. Attendees pay $8 per person for your first time. Only cash is accepted on site. Money is collected at the start of the meetup, and no refunds are offered. Please contact the organizer via email or call 240-297-9423 for more info about the meetup and its associated fees. Be sure to RSVP to reserve your spot, spacing is limited!
