Cascade Engineering Welfare to Career and SOURCE Models Conference

Join Cascade Engineering and The SOURCE (www.grsource.org) as we host a one day conference in Grand Rapids, MI, titled, "Developing a Private, Public, and Non-Profit Collaborative - Exploring Leading Practices: The Cascade Engineering Welfare to Career and SOURCE Models." Attendees will hear how these leading practices were developed, with discussion on challenges, successes, as well as national speakers who have used these models to develop a collaborative in their own community. CEO's will give their perspective on engaging business in developing these models locally, and human resources practitioners will be available to discuss how this model can complement a strategic workforce development initiative.

There are two optional free events in addition to the conference. On May 2nd, we will be hosting Cocktails and Networking at The Crowne Plaza. Appetizers will be provided and there will be a cash bar. After the conference, we will be conducting a site visit of The SOURCE. At the end of the registration process, you will be able to indicate if you will be attending either of these free events.
