Distance and Trail Rating: 10 Kilometers 2
Start Point Address / Driving Directions:
From the EAST take I-96 west to I-196 Downtown exit 37. Proceed west to Ottawa Ave exit 77C. Take Ottawa to Pearl St and turn right. Big Boy is on the right. From the SOUTH take US 131 north to Pearl St. exit 85B. Turn left on Pearl St. Big Boy Restaurant is on your right. From the WEST take I-196 to Lake Michigan Dr exit 75. At the stop sign bear left and continue to follow Lake Michigan Dr (not Fulton) for about 1.25 miles. Turn left at Summer St and the right into the parking lot of the Big Boy Restaurant. From the north take US 131 south to Pearl St exit 85B. As you exit straight on to Mt Vernon Ave immediately proceed to the RIGHT lane and turn right on Pearl St. Turn right at Summer St into the parking lot of the Big Boy Restaurant. Event Description: Trail goes along the Grand River, Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum and burial site, downtown and the historic Heritage Hill neighborhood with homes representing over 60 architectural styles.
