On-going classes that feature experienced instruction in a variety of middle eastern dance from folkloric to cabaret. Instructor has extensive experience and has studied with Internationally recognized professionals in the various styles of middle eastern dance. Classes include information about cultures and costuming. Dance builds flexibility, core strength, and over-all muscle tone. Performance opportunities are available.
