Spotlight Dance Academy presents: CHEEROBIX 

The newest dance fitness craze from Chicago, direct to you!

CHEEROBIX is a combination of simple pom routines and high-intensity dance moves, guaranteed to put a smile on your face and give you a full-body workout all at the same time!

Come join us! Pick up a pair of poms and be among the first in Grand Haven to experience this unique class! This hour long workshop will be lead by the man who created CHEEROBIX, the one and only Matthew Hollis (aka: Mattrick Swayze) and his trusty sidekick Brooke Bogner (InBOGnito)!

POMS provided! Or feel free to BYOP (Bring Your Own Poms) if you've got them!

No previous cheer experience required! 

All adults and teens (ages 15+) are welcome!!

Attire: Make sure to wear supportive athletic shoes and bring a water bottle! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and feel free to show some school spirit, throw on some knee high socks and shorts, or pull on a cheer skirt! Scrunchi's, hair ribbons, leg warmers, sweat bands... have fun with it!
