We meet by at the basketball courts, Finkbiner Park! As you all may have noticed, I am incorporating circuit training into our workout program. The Stroller Strides workout is a basic circuit training routine by itself, and that's why it's such a great way to build muscle and burn calories! I would like to hone down on a more structured and challenging circuit workout, to provide you with a quality program! I will be focusing on getting you all through 3 or 4 circuits in one hour, where we will be throwing in abs as well through out the class, so be ready to pull out your blankets during the class! This form of exercising is one of the fastest ways to burn maximum calories, build lean muscle and build muscle and cardiovascular endurance. It's very exciting! I'm excited! Anyway, at each stop that we do through the park, there will be 2 to 3 exercises that we will perform 3 times around. In order to get the most benefit out of this circuit training, we will be focusing on moving from one exercise to the other, with minimal or no rest in-between! The "rest" comes between the circuits and of course when you feel you need it! You all know to please take it at your own pace no matter what. I will always remind you of this during class and help you gage you limit, but also help you challenge yourself as well!
