Get ready for PROJECT Trio’s high-octane twist on Copland’s Appalachian Spring.

This inspiring group returns as LACO’s Family Concerts artists-in-residence, kicking off their first of three-years of fun, family musical adventures. Appalachian Spring, originally written for modern dance innovator Martha Graham, is an important piece of Americana featuring the beautiful folk song “Simple Gifts.” Your family can hum along and then jump up in applause – this concert will rock your musical world.

Explore your inner artist with hand-made crafts from Kidspace Children’s Museum.

Get physical with YMCA Glendale’s interactive dance circles and try out hip-hop, jazz and ballet.

Explore American heritage as you create-your-own box harp and discover 19th-century toys with the Autry National Center of the American West.
