Daily dawn to dusk. Trail rated 2. Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Most of the trail is on paved bike trails, sidewalks and roads. Parts of it are on grass, gravel and a forested trail with exposed roots. Mostly level or with a slight grade but no steep hills. Route includes parts of the Alyeska Ski area, the Girdwood Town Site, school, library and the unique Athabascan Nature Trail. The full route is 10km. An alternate 5km walk is also available.
