The British Open - Scottsdale

For the last Brit Meet-Up of the year we thought we'd head back to the British Open pub in Scottsdale (on the west side of Scottsdale Rd just south of McDowell). Not too far north or south, so should suit most people! We met here in September last year and just grabbed a couple of tables, but now that we're a bigger group we've asked for some space to be reserved. It's not a big place, but as you come in to the bar, there is a raised area to the left behind the pool table that they will reserve for us. We've been a couple of times and the food has been pretty good; menu has English style Fish & Chips, Sausage rolls, Cornish pasties etc so if you fancy a taste from home you'll be sorted...Also has a few different draft beers like Courage, Bass, Boddingtons, Fosters, Tennants... at least they did last time Ginnie and I were there...
