In fall 2007, Pima Association of Governments' Alternative Energy EXPO drew more than 4,000 people and gave visitors a taste of alternative energy, from solar heating and photovoltaic panels to biodiesel, ethanol and compressed natural gas fuels. The Sustainability and Energy EXP09 will feature a variety of exhibitors who will showcase alternatively fueled vehicles, new solar power technologies, sustainable construction, water conservation, the local food movement and much more.
