Gilbert Dance Fitness Classes Meetup

Come prepared to sweat and use your brain! Not only is dance a physical exercise it is a mental one as well! Wear comfortable workout clothing, gym shoes (cross trainers, etc), bring a water bottle, exercise mat, and hand weights if you have them. If you don't have hand weights I'll have extra resistance tubes. You'll get 40 minutes of dance cardio routines and about 20 minutes of resistance training and a little stretching. Dance experience not required. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30AM. FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES ARE FREE (JULY 14 & 16)!
