Free spin class at Landis Cyclery Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. at Warner and Rural Rd in Tempe. This class specializes on bike strength, technique and overall Time Trialing improvements. The main benefit's from this class: * Awesome attendance and quality athletes with truly big hearts. If you want to get to know some of the best triathletes, cyclist and runners in the Phoenix area, don't miss this class every week. True friendships will be formed, I promise. * This class began over 7 years ago. We have 40 regular athletes every week. We have huge cycling improvements from all those who attend. * We practice specific hill climbs, race venues, cycling technique, speed drills, high cadence work and pure strength workouts. * Yes, you read it, this is free!
