Join us for a great day of mountain biking at Schaeffer Farms - part of the Seneca Creek State Park trail system. During this 5-hour instructional program, you will work on critical skills of mountain biking - front-end lift, bunny hops, shifting efficiently, body-positioning, braking do's and don'ts, and more... Our expert instructor will be ready to answer your questions, critique your technical skills, and give you advice on how to improve your riding - whether you are a novice, recreational rider, or racer!
Cost: $85 per person - bike included. If you decide to bring your own bike, the price is $75 per person.
