Description
Winner of the 2006 Concert Artists Guild International Competition, the Brasil Guitar Duo has quickly emerged as one of the preeminent classical guitar duos of its generation. João Luiz and Douglas Lora met in São Paulo as teenage guitar students and have since perfected a sublime synchronicity and effortless performance style. The duo has performed with numerous national symphonies and classical guitar societies, and recently played the prestigious Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
