Here's your opportunity to register for a chance to win a new Tracker boat, or a sensational fihing trip package, or a Toro Mower. Visit our entry display at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World Orlando from January 1, 2012 until March 30, 2012. Special rules and regulations apply. See additional details below.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Bass Pro Intellectual Property, L.L.C., a Missouri Limited Liability Company (the “Sponsor”), Versus, Gowdy Productions, their respective subsidiaries, agencies, affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00 am (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) on 1/1/12 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on 3/30/12.

3. TO ENTER: To enter this sweepstakes, visit www.basspro.com/quest (“Web Site”), beginning at 12:00 am CT on 1/1/12 and access the sweepstakes entry form. Complete the entry form and submit as directed. Entries must be received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 pm CT on 3/30/12. Sponsor’s server is the official clock for this promotion.

You may also enter by completing an official entry form (available while supplies last at participating outlets) or hand print your name, complete address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth on a 3” x5” piece of paper and deposit it in an official ballot box at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World Orlando 5156 International Dr. by close of business on 3/30/12.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER CALENDAR MONTH, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Maximum number of entries permitted per person is three.

4. DRAWING/PRIZES: On or about 4/15/12, a random drawing will be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: a 2012 Pro Team 175 TXW with a Mercury 25 ELPT 4 stroke motor and custom matched Trailstar trailer valued at approximately $12,718, and Daiwa Fishing gear to be selected by Sponsor valued at approximately $1,000. Prize includes freight and preparation. Total combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) $13,718, however, actual value will depend on winner’s location. Boat color and model to be determined by Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of the boat at the Tracker Marine dealership nearest winner’s residence.

(1) First Prize: a 5 night/4 day fishing trip for winner and one guest at the Panama Big Game Lodge in David, Panama. Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest from the major U.S. commercial airport closest to winner’s residence to Panama City, Panama; ground transportation in Panama City; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations in Panama City for one night; round trip coach air transportation from Panama City to David, Panama; ground transportation to/from David airport and Panama Big Game Lodge in David, Panama; lodging at Panama Big Game Lodge for 5 nights/4 days; food, beverages, laundry service, and internet usage while at the lodge; use of a twin diesel Sportfish boat with Captain and Mate; and use of fishing equipment. Combined ARV of prize is $7,500. All expenses not specified, including a recommended 10% gratuity for the Panama Big Game Lodge fishing, are winner’s sole responsibility. Actual value will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates. Any difference between actual value and stated value will not be awarded. All travel, accommodations and events are subject to availability, change and certain restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and must comply with all security requirements. If any portion of prize is cancelled or postponed, the remaining portion of the prize will be awarded as complete and final and no compensation will be offered. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor and must be completed by 12/15/13 or prize will be forfeited. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner.

(1) Second Prize: a Toro TimeMaster 30-inch Walk-Behind Mower. ARV $1,150. Winner will need to claim prize at their nearest Toro dealer.

Winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
